What a Synergy Actually Requires

A synergy only counts when the specific relics involved are all equipped or active at the same time. Equipping one half of a pair does nothing on its own. Before chasing a synergy, confirm every component is actually in place — a relic sitting in a chest or left unequipped breaks the whole combination.

Step-by-Step

1. Decide which synergy you are targeting and list every relic it needs.

2. Check your research table progress — any relic you have not unlocked yet has to be researched first.

3. Craft or obtain each required relic.

4. Equip them together and verify the effect is active.

5. Only then start swapping pieces to test alternatives.

Common Mistakes

• Equipping relics one at a time and assuming the effect will appear later.
• Mixing a synergy piece with an unrelated relic that occupies the same slot, silently disabling the combination.
• Forgetting that a relic consumed during research is gone and must be replaced.

Testing Order

Test one synergy at a time. If you stack two untested combinations and nothing happens, you cannot tell which one failed. Once a synergy is confirmed working, note which relics it uses so you do not accidentally break it while gearing for something else.
