Make Plants Match Your Biome's Colors

How Biome Matching Works

Recolored Plants automatically adjusts flower stems, leaves, and plant colors to blend with the grass and environment of your current biome. When you place or find flowers in a desert, their stems turn sandy brown. In swamps, they shift to dark green. This happens without any manual configuration—the pack reads your biome and applies colors in real time.

What Gets Recolored

The pack affects:

  • Flower stems and petals
  • Sapling colors
  • Grass and foliage on plants
  • Kelp and seagrass underwater
  • Vines and plant leaves

Seeing the Changes

Simply travel between biomes and observe how the same flower type looks different in each location. A poppy in a forest will have warmer, richer stem colors compared to the same poppy in a badlands biome, where it appears more muted and tan.

If colors aren't updating, verify that Polytone mod is installed and enabled—Recolored Plants requires it to function. Without Polytone, plants will display in their default bright green.
