Wet sponges normally require a drying process that takes time and setup. Blast furnaces in this mod skip that hassle—they dry sponges directly without needing a separate drying station or heat source.

Quick Drying Process

1. Collect wet sponges from ocean monuments or other water-logged areas.

2. Place a blast furnace near your collection point.

3. Drop wet sponges into the top input slot, or use a hopper to feed them automatically.

4. Add fuel (coal, charcoal, or lava buckets) to the fuel slot.

5. Collect dry sponges from the output slot as they finish.

Scale Up for Large Projects

If you're draining an ocean monument or need many dry sponges for decoration, chain multiple blast furnaces together with hoppers.
