Gather Materials Quickly

When you spawn into a new world with Random Chunk Data Pack, your immediate surroundings are filled with a single block type. Use this to your advantage—mine the blocks around you rapidly to collect building material. Most block groups (wood, stone, concrete, terracotta) are suitable for basic shelter construction.

Build Emergency Shelter Before Dark

Stack your collected blocks into a simple box or tower before nightfall. The uniform terrain means you won't find natural caves or overhangs for protection, so vertical construction is your fastest option. Make walls at least two blocks thick to prevent mobs from breaking through.

Prepare for Block Variety

As you explore and cross into new chunks, you'll encounter different materials. Some chunks may contain less useful blocks for tools or food production. Prioritize exploring toward chunks with stone or wood early on—these give you access to better tools and fuel. Keep moving if your current chunk doesn't support survival needs.
