Batch Process Multiple Wood Types at Once
Organizing Your Workflow
When building with multiple wood types, set up multiple stonecutters—one for each wood type you're using. This prevents constant material swapping and keeps your workflow smooth.
Efficient Batch Cutting
1. Place stonecutters in a row or organized layout
2. Load each stonecutter with a different wood type's planks
3. Move between them, cutting slabs or stairs as needed
4. Collect output into organized chests or directly into your inventory
Storage Tips
Keep a chest next to each stonecutter for quick output collection. Label or organize your chests by wood type to avoid confusion during building. This setup is especially helpful for large projects where you're alternating between oak, spruce, birch, and other wood types.
If you're working on a server, coordinate with teammates to avoid blocking each other's stonecutters. Having dedicated cutting stations for each builder prevents congestion and speeds up material production.
