Edit a Wild Pokémon's Stats and Nature
Obtaining and Using the Editor
First, obtain the Pokémon editor item by running /give @s pokemon_editor:pokemon_editor. This gives you a blue terminal tool you can hold and use.
Locate a wild Pokémon in your world and right-click it while holding the editor item. The editing interface will open immediately.
Modifying Stats and Nature
Navigate to the Stats tab in the editor menu. Here you can adjust:
- Level: Change the Pokémon's current level
- Nature: Select a new nature to modify stat growth multipliers
- IVs (Individual Values): Adjust inherent stat potential
- EVs (Effort Values): Modify trained stat distributions
- Friendship: Set affection and loyalty values
- Ability: Choose between available abilities for that species
Each field updates in real-time. You can see how changes affect the Pokémon's calculated stats before confirming.
Saving Changes
Once satisfied with your adjustments, review the confirmation screen showing all modified fields. This prevents accidental changes. Click confirm to apply the changes instantly to the wild Pokémon.
