Bind a Foliot

Craft a Book of Binding: Empty, then perform the ritual to create Book of Binding: Foliot. Use Book of Binding: Foliot (Bound) if you already have one. The Foliot is the basic worker spirit.

Choose a Job Book

Craft the appropriate Book of Calling for the task: Book of Calling: Foliot Farmer for crops, Book of Calling: Foliot Lumberjack for trees, Book of Calling: Foliot Janitor for cleaning up items, or Book of Calling: Foliot Transporter for moving items between containers. Each book assigns a specific behavior.

Deploy the Spirit

Place a Golden Ritual Bowl or Iesnium Ritual Bowl at the work site. Perform the summoning ritual with the bound Foliot book and the matching Book of Calling. The spirit appears and begins working automatically. The Foliot Farmer harvests and replants crops in a radius around the bowl. The Foliot Lumberjack chops trees. The Foliot Janitor picks up dropped items. The Foliot Transporter moves items from one inventory to another.

Scale Up

For larger operations, use Book of Calling: Djinni Machine Operator with a bound Djinni to operate machines. Djinni are bound via Book of Binding: Djinni or Book of Binding: Djinni (Bound). Higher-tier spirits work faster and cover more area. Keep the ritual bowl chunk loaded so the spirit continues working when you are away.
