Set Up Your Server So Friends Can Join from Anywhere

Install and Launch

Place the Nekorelay Plugin file into your server's plugins folder. Start your server normally—the plugin will automatically connect to the public relay service and generate a public address for you.

Share Your Address

Once the server starts, check the console or server logs for your generated public address. This is a unique URL or IP that your friends can use to connect from anywhere in the world, regardless of their location or network.

Share this address with your friends through Discord, email, or any communication method. They simply add it to their Minecraft multiplayer server list and join like any other server.

Protect Your World

Before inviting players, enable the whitelist in your server settings (whitelist=true in server.properties). Add only the usernames of friends you trust. This prevents random strangers from finding and joining your world through the public relay.

Your home network stays secure—only Minecraft traffic passes through the relay, and your router settings remain unchanged.
