Find and Explore the Christmas Village

Locating the Village

The Christmas village generates as a custom structure in newly explored chunks while the data pack is active. Unlike regular structures, it's designed as a complete festive settlement rather than scattered buildings. Explore outward from your spawn point or travel to unloaded terrain to increase your chances of encountering it.

What to Expect

The village features holiday-themed buildings arranged in a winter landscape. Most importantly, it includes an underground dungeon system beneath the surface structures. This dungeon contains loot and challenges distinct from the surface village.

Exploration Tips

Bring basic supplies: torches, a pickaxe, and weapons. The underground dungeon may contain hostile mobs, so prepare accordingly. Mark your path back to spawn using torches or blocks so you don't get lost in the dungeon's passages.

If you want to preserve the village's appearance, avoid breaking decorative blocks like candy canes and festive trees unless you're harvesting them intentionally. The data pack is designed to make these structures visually striking, so taking screenshots before mining is recommended.
