View Enchantments on Your Gear

See Magic Painted Onto Items

One of the main features of MLC Better Gear is displaying enchantments directly on your tools and weapons. Instead of guessing what magic is applied, you'll see visual effects painted right onto the item model.

How to Check Enchantments

1. Hold an enchanted tool or weapon in your main hand or offhand

2. Look at the item model in your hand or in the item frame — enchantment effects will appear as glowing patterns, colored auras, or magical textures on the gear itself

3. Different enchantments have different visual styles, so a sharpness sword will look different from a silk touch pickaxe

4. Open your inventory to see the item there as well — the 3D model and enchantment visuals carry through

Tips

• The enchantment visuals are most noticeable when holding the item in first-person view
• If you're using Hold My Items mod, the enchanted gear will display even more prominently in your hands
• Enchantments on armor pieces will also show their magical effects when worn
