Open shader options and locate advanced reflection controls. Many versions allow you to adjust:

• Reflection distance: How far reflections extend across the water surface
• Reflection intensity: How bright or vivid reflections appear
• Sample quality: The detail level of reflected details

Customize Water Appearance

Beyond reflections, some SSR Shader versions include water color, transparency, and wave settings. Adjust these to create water that feels natural for your world. Clearer water shows reflections more prominently; murky water may obscure them.

Test Different Environments

Reflections behave differently depending on surroundings. Test your settings near mountains, forests, and structures to see how reflections adapt. Sky reflections are most visible on calm, open water; reflections of terrain and buildings are clearer near shorelines. Adjust settings based on where you spend most time.
