Use Your Keyboard as a Health and Status Bar

Activate Function Key Meters

Mine Lights can turn your function keys (F1–F12) into live visual meters for your character's vital stats. This gives you a quick glance at your health, hunger, and experience without opening your inventory.

Enable and Read the Display

1. Open mod settings from the Mod Menu

2. Look for the option to enable Function Key Displays or Status Meters

3. Toggle this feature on and save

4. Load into your world

Your function keys will now light up in real time:

• Health bar: Keys illuminate red or green based on your current health
• Hunger bar: Shows your food saturation level across another row
• Experience bar: Displays your XP progress

The lighting intensity and color shift as your stats change, giving you instant feedback without looking at your HUD. This is especially useful during combat or when managing resources in survival mode.
