Power Storage and Distribution with Energy Cubes and Cables

Choose a cube tier

Basic Energy Cube stores a small buffer. Advanced Energy Cube stores more. Elite Energy Cube and Advanced Energy Cube are the mid and high tiers. Place the cube, then right-click with a Configurator to set the side to input or output.

Wire it up

Use Basic Universal Cable to connect generators and machines. Upgrade to Advanced Universal Cable for higher throughput. For long runs, use Advanced Universal Cable and Advanced Thermodynamic Conductor where heat or distance matters. Chargepad lets you recharge items by standing on it.

Induction for bulk storage

For large-scale storage, build an Induction Matrix using Basic Induction Cell, Advanced Induction Cell, Basic Induction Provider, and Advanced Induction Provider. Place cells inside the provider structure to expand capacity. Use a Basic Thermodynamic Conductor or Advanced Thermodynamic Conductor to move heat away from high-load machines. Keep a Dosimeter on hand if you handle radioactive materials like Uranium.
