How to Teach Your Pokémon New Custom Moves

Using TMs from SimpleTMs Integration

Laser's Additions includes config files for SimpleTMs mod, letting you obtain custom moves as Technical Machines. Check your SimpleTMs crafting recipes or loot tables to find TMs for the new attacks added by this pack.

Teaching Moves in Battle

Once you have a TM:

1. Open your Pokémon's summary screen

2. Navigate to the moves section

3. Select a move slot to replace

4. Use the TM to teach the custom move

Note that some Pokémon may not be compatible with all custom moves. The pack reworks movesets for many species, so check your specific Pokémon's available moves in the move selection menu.

Finding Custom Moves

Custom moves from the Fakemon Pack are distributed across standard Pokémon species. Level up your team to discover new moves naturally, or use TMs to teach them immediately. The move selection interface will clearly display custom attack names alongside traditional moves.
