Warped And Crimson Forest
The most lively biome in all the Nether, the Crimson Forest stands as a testament to the phrase “Life finds a way”, hosting both the wild Hoglins that graze around and fight their only predators, the nomadic Piglins. Piglins and Hoglins have a great dynamic and create an interesting ecosystem with their interactions, and we do not want to throw that off too much with too many extraneous additions.

- Piglins – Humanoid pig monsters that live in a society based on the trading and wearing of gold. Don’t mine the stuff near them or they’ll come after you!
- Hoglins – The inhabitants of the Crimson Forest who are hunted by Piglins. They can’t stand the smell of Warped Fungus, which can be used to protect from them.
- Endermen – Warped Forest invaders who are invaluable for their Ender Pearls, which are required for opening the End Portal.
- Crimson & Warped Fungus Caps - A storage block for Crimson/Warped Fungus. Looks pretty and has mechanics in-between that of haybales and slime blocks; slightly bouncy and reduces fall damage!
- Hoglins now drop Hogchops, a new type of meat that is even better than Porkchops!
- Shroomlight Fungus – Grows from Shroomlight (hanging in normal biomes, but upright in Warped Forests.) 9 can be crafted together to make a whole Shroomlight!
-
Shroomloin – Drops it an Ascus Bomb, used to make a Potion of Infection.
-
Warpbeetle – Ambient little bugs brought in by the Endermen to deal with Endermites for them. They can be leashed around!
