Enhance Water and Sky Appearance

Adjust Water Rendering

Incremental Shaders enriches water color and reflectivity. In shader settings, look for water-specific options:

  • Color saturation: Increase to make water more vibrant blue or green depending on biome
  • Reflection quality: Higher values show clearer reflections of sky and terrain
  • Transparency: Adjust to balance between seeing underwater details and surface reflections

Improve Sky and Atmosphere

The shader enhances sunrise and sunset gradients automatically, but you can fine-tune:

  • Sky brightness during day/night: Prevents oversaturation or excessive darkness
  • Atmospheric fog: Adds depth to distant horizons
  • Cloud detail: Makes clouds appear softer or more defined

Observe Biome-Specific Effects

Visit different biomes to see how the shader applies unique color tones—deserts get warmer hues, jungles appear lusher, and snowy areas reflect cooler light. Water in each biome reflects these ambient colors realistically. Stand near large water bodies during sunrise or sunset to see the full effect of improved skybox details and how they interact with water surfaces.
