Casting and Refining Metals: Alloy Kiln, Refinery and Metal Press

Alloying

Use the Alloy Kiln to combine metals into alloys. Constantan and Electrum are produced this way; store them as Block of Constantan and Block of Electrum. Feed in the correct ratio from JEI and pull out ingots for wiring and components.

Refining fluids

The Refinery handles the four refinery recipes, separating mixed fluids into usable outputs such as Biodiesel and Acetaldehyde. Pipe inputs with Aluminium Sheetmetal Chute or fluid pipes and collect outputs in tanks.

Pressing plates

The Metal Press forms ingots into plates and rods. Aluminium Ingot becomes Aluminium Plate and Aluminium Rod; those feed Aluminium Wire, Aluminium Scaffolding, and Aluminium Catwalk. The press also handles the two registered metal_press recipes, so check JEI for valid dies.

Mixing and storing

Use the Mixer for its three recipes, including Concrete production from Concrete Chunk. Store results as Concrete, Concrete Brick, Concrete Slab, Concrete Stairs, Concrete Wall, Concrete Panel, Concrete Pillar, Concrete Sheet, or Concrete Tile. Chiseled Concrete and Chiseled Hempcrete are decorative variants for finishing builds.
