Adjust Bloom Intensity Around Light Sources

Access Shader Settings

Open the shader options menu while in-game by pressing the designated shader menu key (typically found in your controls settings). Look for HSN Shaders in the list of active shaders and select it to view configuration options.

Find Bloom Controls

Locate the bloom or glow intensity slider. This setting controls how bright and far-reaching the soft glow effect extends from torches, lanterns, glowstone, and other bright blocks.

Customize to Your Preference

If the bloom feels too intense and washes out details, reduce the slider value for a more subtle effect. If you want more dramatic lighting and a stronger glow, increase it. Test your changes in different lighting conditions—try standing near torches in caves and in bright daylight to see how the bloom adapts.

Apply and Test

Save your changes and move around your world. Pay attention to how light sources look at different distances and times of day. You can return to the shader menu anytime to fine-tune further until the bloom matches your preferred visual style.
