Customize Button Colors and Styles in Your GUI
Access the Resource Pack Settings
The Gravel GUI Resource Pack uses standard resource pack file structure. To customize button appearance, you'll need to locate the pack's texture and JSON files in your resource packs folder.
Edit GUI Textures
1. Navigate to your resource packs directory and find the Gravel GUI pack folder
2. Open the assets/minecraft/textures/gui directory
3. Locate button texture files (typically named with button in the filename)
4. Edit these PNG files using an image editor to change colors, gradients, or add custom designs
5. Save your changes and reload the resource pack in-game
Modify JSON Files for Layout
If you want to adjust button positioning or sizing:
1. Check the assets/minecraft/gui folder for any JSON configuration files
2. Edit values carefully—only modify properties you understand
3. Test changes by reloading your game
Tips
- Back up the original files before editing
- Keep PNG files at the same resolution as originals
- Test changes in different menu screens to ensure consistency
- The animated button effects may be controlled through texture animation files
