Lower Your Desync Level Before It's Too Late

Understanding Desync Risk

Desync is a hidden meter that tracks your moral choices. High Desync causes dangerous events, passive interruptions (like forced sprint cancellation), and can permanently kick you from your world. You need to actively manage it.

How to Reduce Desync

Breed farm animals regularly. Collect two animals of the same type, give them food (wheat for cows and sheep, carrots for pigs), and let them breed. Each successful breeding lowers your Desync.

Hunt hostile mobs. Fight monsters like zombies, skeletons, and creepers. Defeating them reduces your Desync score and helps balance your actions.

Avoid destructive behavior. Do not kill peaceful animals unnecessarily—this raises Desync significantly. Mining and building are safe, but animal cruelty has consequences.

Monitor Your Status

While the mod doesn't show a visible Desync bar, pay attention to warning signs: sudden passive interruptions, eerie ambient sounds, or entity encounters becoming more frequent. These indicate your Desync is rising.

Maintain balance by breeding animals and fighting monsters in equal measure. This keeps your Desync low and prevents catastrophic events from triggering.
