How to Obtain and Use Arcane Crystal Dust

Arcane Crystal Dust is the base material for most arcane crafting. Mine Arcane Crystal Ore or Deepslate Arcane Crystal Ore with a pickaxe to get Arcane Crystal Dust Speck. Combine specks in a crafting grid to form Arcane Crystal Dust. You can also find Arcane Crystal items directly from ore drops and process them down.

Once you have Arcane Crystal Dust, compress it into Arcane Crystal Block for storage or use it as a crafting ingredient. Corrupti Dust is a separate material obtained from corrupted sources and is used in corruption-themed recipes.

Building with Arcane Crystal

Place Arcane Crystal Block as a decorative or functional block. Craft Arcane Crystal Obelisk from Arcane Crystal materials to create a tall arcane structure. The Corrupted Arcane Crystal Block and Corrupted Arcane Crystal Obelisk are the corrupted variants — craft them using Corrupted Arcane Crystal.

Use Arcane Crystal Dust in crafting recipes for wands, relics, and other arcane tools. Arcane Bone Meal is a related item that can be crafted and used to instantly grow Aurum Sapling and other plants. Arcane Crystal Dust Speck is the smallest unit; save them for recipes that require precise amounts rather than dumping them all into blocks.
