What Each Tree Gives You

Every Dynamic Tree species produces a specific propagation item when harvested. Break the tree at its base and the connected structure falls, dropping wood plus the seed item for that species. Match the tree to the drop:

• Oak Tree → Oak Acorn
• Birch Tree → Birch Catkin
• Spruce Tree → Spruce Cone
• Jungle Tree → Jungle Pod
• Acacia Tree → Acacia Seed
• Dark Oak Tree → Dark Oak Acorn
• Mangrove Tree → Mangrove Propagule
• Cherry Tree → Cherry Blossom Pit
• Pale Oak Tree → Pale Oak Acorn
• Crimson Tree → Crimson Cap
• Warped Tree → Warped Cap

Mega Drops

Larger trees yield mega items: Mega Jungle Pod, Mega Spruce Cone, Mega Crimson Cap, and Mega Warped Cap. These come from the bigger versions of those species and are used the same way as their smaller counterparts.

Planting and Water Roots

Place your seed item on suitable ground to grow a new tree. Mangrove Propagule needs Water Roots present to establish. Crimson and Warped species grow in their respective environments. Keep a dedicated plot for each species so you always have a renewable source of wood and seeds. Potted Sapling is a decorative block you can craft from sapling items if you want a contained display instead of a full tree.
