Enable Custom Chest Sounds for Ender Storage

Verify Resource Pack is Active

The Dungeons Chest Resource Pack includes custom opening and closing sounds for ender chests. If you're not hearing them, first confirm the pack is enabled in your resource pack menu.

1. Open Options → Resource Packs

2. Look for Dungeons Chest in the Active column (right side)

3. If it's in the Inactive column, click the arrow to move it to Active

4. Ensure it appears above any conflicting packs that also modify chest sounds

Check Your Sound Settings

Custom ender chest audio plays at the Blocks volume level.

1. Go to Options → Sound

2. Locate the Blocks slider

3. Increase it if set too low

4. Test by opening and closing an ender chest

If you still hear no sound, another resource pack may be overriding these effects. Move Dungeons Chest higher in your active pack list to prioritize it.
