Dragon Survival Sculk Addon Resource Pack FAQ

You need to have the Dragon Survival mod installed along with this Sculk Addon Resource Pack. When you start a new world or character, select the sculk dragon variant during character creation to begin with the unique sculk abilities and diet restrictions.

You can only consume items with soul energy: sculk blocks, nether wart, soul sand, and nether stars. Regular food like meat, bread, and apples won't restore your hunger, so you'll need to plan your diet around these soul-based items.

Sculk Feed spends your mana to instantly bloom the sculk inside your body for food, but it leaves you tired afterward. Use it when you're in immediate danger and need to restore hunger quickly, but avoid spamming it since the fatigue effect will slow you down.

Sculk Infect drains life force from enemies during combat to help you survive fights, but it's designed as a survival tool rather than a primary healing method. Combine it with Sculk Feed and your soul-based diet to maintain health through longer encounters.

Your sculk dragon's eyes are adapted to underground darkness, so bright lights and direct sunlight temporarily blind you. Stay underground, explore caves and the Nether, or time your surface travel for night; Night Vision won't protect you from the blinding effect itself.

Night Vision focuses mana into your eyes to see perfectly in pitch-black caves for a short duration. You'll need to recast it when it expires, so manage your mana pool carefully when exploring deep caves without natural light sources.
