How do I install this resource pack?
Download the pack file, then open your Minecraft launcher and go to Resource Packs. Click the folder icon to open your resource packs folder, paste the downloaded file there, and restart Minecraft. The pack will appear in your list—select it and move it to the right side to activate it.
Will this pack work with other resource packs?
You can layer Doodled with other packs by adjusting their order in the Resource Packs menu, but textures from packs higher in the list will override Doodled's textures. For the best hand-drawn experience, keep Doodled at the top of your list.
Does Doodled work on servers?
Yes, resource packs are client-side only, so you can use Doodled on any server without the server needing to install it. Everyone else will see the normal textures while you see the hand-drawn style.
Why do some blocks still look normal?
Doodled retextures most vanilla blocks, items, and mobs, but newly added blocks from other mods won't have custom textures unless Doodled has been updated to include them. Check if an update is available or report missing textures on the mod's community page.
Can I use this pack in creative mode?
Yes, Doodled works in all game modes—Creative, Survival, and Adventure. The hand-drawn style applies everywhere you play.
Does this pack affect my FPS?
Doodled uses 64×64 resolution textures, which is higher than vanilla's default but shouldn't cause noticeable performance drops on most systems. If you experience lag, try lowering your render distance or graphics settings.
Are the Nether and End fully restyled?
The Nether receives a complete hand-drawn makeover with custom textures for all its blocks and features. The End is also updated, though the focus is on the Nether and Trial Chambers for the most detailed cartoon treatment.
How do I revert to normal textures without uninstalling?
Open your Resource Packs menu in Minecraft settings, find Doodled in the active list on the right, and click the arrow to move it back to the inactive list on the left. Your textures will return to normal immediately.
Does this pack change the main menu?
Yes, the main menu is restyled to match the sketchbook theme, giving your title screen a hand-drawn appearance that fits the overall aesthetic.
Will Doodled work with my mods?
Doodled is a resource pack, so it's compatible with most mods, but it only retextures blocks and items it knows about. Mod-specific content won't have custom textures unless Doodled has been updated to include them.
