Death Knights PT BR Translation Resource Pack FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
Why am I still seeing english text even though I installed the resource pack?
You need to set your in-game language to PT-BR (Brazilian Portuguese) in Minecraft settings for the translations to appear. The resource pack alone won't work without changing your language setting.
Do I need the original death knights mod for this to work?
Yes, this is a translation resource pack only—it requires the Death Knights mod to be installed first. Without the base mod, there will be nothing to translate.
What exactly gets translated in this pack?
All item names, weapon and armor titles, tooltips, descriptions, and menu text from the Death Knights mod are translated to Brazilian Portuguese. Achievement notifications and status messages are also included.
Can I use this resource pack with other mods?
Yes, this resource pack only affects Death Knights mod content and won't conflict with other mods. You can use it alongside other resource packs and mods without issues.
How do I know what a translated weapon or armor does?
Hover over any item in your inventory to see the translated tooltip, which explains the weapon's or armor's effects and stats in Brazilian Portuguese.
Will this resource pack slow down my game?
No, resource packs have minimal performance impact. This translation pack only changes text and won't affect your frame rate or game speed.
What if I want to switch back to english?
Change your in-game language back to English in Minecraft settings, and the mod text will return to English. You don't need to uninstall the resource pack.
Are the translated item names the same as the english mod?
Yes, the items are identical—only the names and descriptions are translated to PT-BR. All functionality, recipes, and stats remain exactly the same.
Does this pack translate mod config files or just in-game text?
This pack translates only the in-game text that players see while playing. Configuration files remain in English.
Can I use this if my Minecraft launcher is set to english?
Yes, the resource pack works independently of your launcher language. Just set your in-game language to PT-BR in Minecraft settings and the translations will display.
