Display Coordinates with Decimal Precision

Why Use Decimals?

Decimal coordinates are useful when you need exact positioning for building, redstone contraptions, or marking precise locations. By default, the plugin shows integer coordinates, but you can switch to one-decimal format for finer detail.

How to Configure

1. Open plugins/CompassCoords/config.yml in a text editor.

2. Locate the text: line.

3. Replace the current format with one using decimal placeholders:

`

text: "%dir | X: %dx Y: %dy Z: %dz"

`

4. Save the file.

5. Reload the plugin (restart server or use /reload if supported).

Result

When you hold a compass, your action bar will now display coordinates like N | X: 123.5 Y: 64.0 Z: -456.3 instead of whole numbers. This precision helps when aligning structures or finding exact block boundaries.
