Configure Healing Limits and Entry Cooldowns
Set Heal Restrictions
Control dungeon difficulty by limiting how many times players can heal during a run. Use /dungeon set healcount <id> <count> to set the maximum number of heals allowed inside the dungeon. This forces players to manage resources carefully and makes encounters more challenging.
A lower heal count increases tension and requires better strategy; a higher count allows more forgiving exploration. Adjust based on your dungeon's difficulty and intended audience.
Manage Entry Cooldowns and Rewards
Prevent dungeon spam by setting entry cooldowns — this prevents players from immediately re-entering after completion. Configure customizable completion rewards that players receive upon finishing the dungeon, such as rare items or Pokémon.
Test your cooldown timing to ensure it feels fair without being frustratingly long.
