Do I need to do anything after installing Clear Vision Plus or does it work automatically?

Why can I still see fire when I'm on fire in combat?
The pack lowers fire animations rather than removing them completely, so you retain a visual warning that you're burning while keeping your center screen mostly clear for aiming and movement.
Does this pack work on multiplayer servers?
