Troubleshoot Turkeys Not Appearing

Check Resource Pack Status

If you're not seeing turkeys despite installing the pack:

1. Verify the pack is in your Resource Packs active list (not just available)

2. Confirm there are no warning symbols or error messages next to the pack name

3. Ensure the pack is positioned above any conflicting packs in the active list

4. Restart your game completely and reload your world

Verify Chicken Spawning

Turkeys only appear where chickens would normally spawn. If you see no turkeys:

• Travel to a village or grassy plains biome where chickens naturally generate

• Use creative mode to spawn a chicken manually—it should display as a turkey
• Check that your render distance is high enough to see distant mobs

If turkeys still don't appear after these steps, the pack may not be properly installed. Reinstall it and ensure it's the correct version for your game setup.
