Use Capeless Wings with Multiple Resource Packs

Layer Packs Correctly

Capeless Wings can work alongside other packs, but placement matters. In your Resource Packs menu, position Capeless Wings above any packs that modify elytra, capes, or player models. This ensures the wing separation takes priority.

Identify Conflicting Packs

Packs that change cape textures, player skins, or equipment rendering may override Capeless Wings. Common conflicts include cosmetic packs, custom player model packs, or mods that alter elytra appearance. Test by temporarily disabling suspected packs.

Combine with Texture Packs

Capeless Wings works well with general texture packs (blocks, items, mobs) since those don't affect player equipment. Combine it with your favorite world texture pack without issues.

Test Your Setup

After arranging packs, equip an elytra and cape, then reload resources with F3 + T. Verify in-game that wings display correctly and your cape renders normally behind your character.
