Broadcast Messages Across Your Entire Network

Network-Wide Announcements

BungeeCord lets you send a single message to every player connected to any backend server in your network simultaneously, without needing to run commands on each server individually.

Using the Alert Command

1. Open the in-game chat or console where BungeeCord is running.

2. Type /alert [your message here] and press Enter.

3. The message instantly appears in the chat of every player on every connected backend server.

Practical Uses

Use alerts to announce maintenance windows, server restarts, or important rule changes across your entire network at once. This is especially useful when you need to warn players before taking down a backend server or the proxy itself.

Permissions

Only players or console operators with permission to run BungeeCord commands can use /alert. Restrict this command to trusted admins to prevent spam or abuse across your network.
