Set Up a Custom Loot Container for Your Base
Place and Configure Your Container
Locate the container type you want to use (Locker, Military Box, Crate, etc.) in your creative inventory or obtain it through survival. Place it anywhere in your world—it will automatically generate loot inside based on your config settings.
To verify the container is working, enable the debug gamerule:
`
/gamerule lootstockDebug true
`
When you place a container, chat messages will show what items were generated and in what quantities.
Customize What Items Spawn
Open lootstock.toml in your config folder. Find the section matching your container type (e.g., [locker]). Edit the item1 through item5 fields with item IDs like minecraft:copper_ingot or modded items. Leave unused slots blank.
Adjust min and max to control how many of each item spawn per restock cycle. For example, setting max = 4.0 means up to 4 items will appear. Save the file and reload your world for changes to take effect.
Monitor Restocking
Containers restock periodically over time. Keep the debug gamerule enabled to watch when items regenerate, or simply revisit containers later to collect fresh loot.
