Create a Custom Modded Dimension Lock

Add and Configure a Modded Realm

The pack supports locking modded dimensions beyond the standard Nether and End. You can add custom dimensions and apply the same lock rules.

1. Open /function disable_dimensions:config

2. Look for an option like "Add Custom Dimension" or "Manage Modded Realms"

3. Enter the namespace and dimension ID of the modded dimension you want to lock (usually formatted as modname:dimensionname)

4. Choose whether to enable the lock by default

5. Apply any unlock conditions (days, items, teams, or scores)

6. Save your settings

Testing Your Setup

Once added, the modded dimension will behave like the Nether or End—players attempting to travel there will be blocked and returned to spawn if the lock is active. You can toggle the lock on and off at any time without restarting your world, making it easy to test different progression gates.
