Crafting a Hammer

Craft a hammer using six base materials, one log stump, and one stick arranged in the crafting grid. The exact materials depend on the hammer tier you're making.

Mining with Hammers

Normal swing: Breaks a six-block area at once, clearing terrain quickly for mining or construction.

Sneaking + swing: Breaks only a single block, giving you precision control when needed.

Combat Applications

Hammers deal heavy damage and have special effects:

• Knock mobs into the ground, slowing them down
• Deal extra damage to Ceramimics (clay pot zombies)
• Useful for clearing groups of enemies quickly

Strategy Tips

Use hammers for bulk mining in open areas, but switch to single-block mode when working near valuable blocks or detailed builds. In combat, the knockdown effect gives you time to escape or reposition.
