Set Up Web Chat Login for Your Server
Generate an Authentication Code
Inside your Minecraft server, run the command to generate a unique login code. This code links your in-game account to the web chat without requiring a password.
Share the Code with Web Users
Give the code to anyone who wants to chat through the web interface. They'll enter it on the login screen when they first visit your map or standalone chat page. Each code is temporary and expires after use, so generate new ones as needed.
Allow Guest Access (Optional)
If you want visitors to read chat without logging in, configure the plugin settings to permit guest viewing. Guests will see all messages but won't be able to send their own until they authenticate with a code.
Manage Active Sessions
Players can stay logged in across multiple visits. If someone needs to log out, they can do so through the web interface. The plugin will remember their login status until they clear it or their session expires based on your server's timeout settings.
