Pin Important Messages to the Top of Chat

Identify the Message to Pin

Locate the message you want to highlight—announcements, rules, event times, or important updates work best. Only server admins and moderators with the proper permissions can pin messages.

Access the Pin Option

Hover over or right-click the message in the web chat window. A context menu will appear with moderation options, including a pin button.

Confirm the Pin

Click the pin icon. The message will immediately move to the top of the chat window and stay there, visible to all players and web visitors. Pinned messages remain accessible even as new chat scrolls below.

Unpin When Needed

To remove a pinned message, hover over it again and select the unpin option. The message stays in the chat history but returns to its normal position in the message flow.
