Judge Player Guesses and Award or Penalize Lives
How the Guessing System Works
Players speak their guesses aloud in chat or voice to try to figure out their own team's forbidden action or their opponents' rules. As an admin, you listen to these guesses and decide if they're correct or incorrect.
Award or Remove Lives
When a player makes a guess, use /criteria guess <player> to judge it. The command interface will prompt you to confirm whether the guess was right or wrong. A correct guess typically awards the team a life back; an incorrect guess may cost them a life, depending on your server's rules.
Keep Guesses Fair
Establish clear ground rules before the game starts: Can players guess their own criteria or only opponents'? Do multiple wrong guesses cost multiple lives? Enforce these consistently. The guessing mechanic adds a social layer—encourage creative deduction and bluffing to make the game more engaging.
