Identifying and Harvesting Better Nether Plants and Fungi
Recognizing Nether Flora
Better Nether adds diverse plants, fungi, and vegetation throughout the dimension. Look for unusual block shapes and colors that differ from vanilla Nether blocks. Gray Mold appears as grayish fungal growth, while other plants have distinctive textures and heights.
Harvesting Techniques
Most plants and fungi can be broken by hand or with any tool. Some may require shears for optimal drops. Fungi trapdoors and other plant-based blocks can be collected and placed elsewhere for decoration or farming purposes.
Uses for Harvested Materials
Collected plants and fungi serve multiple purposes: crafting decorative blocks, creating wooden variants unique to Better Nether, or processing into dyes and other crafting ingredients. Check your inventory tooltips (in Portuguese) to understand each plant's specific uses.
Building with Nether Flora
Use harvested materials to construct themed structures. Fungus trapdoors and wooden blocks create authentic Nether aesthetics. Stack and arrange these blocks creatively to build bridges, shelters, or decorative features that blend naturally with the Nether environment.
