Removing Outdated Snapshots

The plugin automatically deletes old inventory records after a set number of days (configured by your server admin). To manually trigger cleanup:

1. Use the command /axir cleanup

2. The plugin will remove all snapshots older than the configured retention period

3. A message will confirm how much data was deleted

Why Clean Up

Old snapshots take up storage space, especially on servers with many players or a long history. Regular cleanup helps:

• Reduce database size
• Improve performance
• Keep the history menu from becoming cluttered
• Free up resources on shared database systems

Important Notes

Cleanup is permanent—deleted snapshots cannot be recovered. If your server uses a shared database across multiple servers, cleanup affects all connected instances.

You can also configure automatic cleanup in the plugin settings so you don't need to run this command manually. Requires admin permission.
