Troubleshooting Temples That Don't Appear

Checking Your Setup

If you're not finding temples in jungle biomes, verify your configuration:

1. Confirm both required mods are active and loaded. Check your mods folder and load screen.

2. Ensure the datapack is placed in your world's datapacks folder, not the global datapacks directory.

3. Reload your world completely. Don't just return to the menu—fully close and reopen the world.

4. Travel to a jungle biome you haven't explored yet. Terrain that generated before the datapack was added won't have temples.

Exploring New Terrain

The datapack only affects newly generated chunks. If you've already explored a jungle area, temples won't appear there retroactively.

Solution: Travel to unexplored jungle biomes far from your spawn point. Use coordinates to move into ungenerated territory. Once you cross into new chunks, temples should generate naturally with proper terrain alignment.

If temples still don't appear after exploring fresh jungle, verify your Big Globe and Better Jungle Temples mods are the correct versions and fully installed.
