What Geodes Are Now For

Geodes in this data pack have been given actual crafting purposes. Previously they might have felt like dead-end loot, but Alm's Crafts and Additions adds recipes that consume geodes meaningfully.

Finding Geode Recipes

When you obtain a geode, check the crafting table to see what it can be turned into. Geodes typically break down or combine with other materials to create valuable items, gems, or crafting components from mods like Mythic Upgrades or Marium's Soulslike Weaponry.

Collecting Geodes Efficiently

Since geodes now have value, it's worth mining them when you find them rather than leaving them behind. Gather geodes from their natural spawn locations and bring them back to your base. You can stockpile them until you need the items they craft into, or process them immediately if you need gems or components for upgrades.
