Plan Your Mining Route Across Multiple Biomes

Scouting the Landscape

Before committing to a mining route, explore the dimension to understand its layout. You'll find diverse biomes merged together—lush forests, snowy mountains, bamboo forests, cherry blossom groves, deserts, and dark sculk patches all in proximity. Take note of where caves, mountains, and structures appear.

Organizing by Resource Type

Different biomes yield different resources. Mountain areas are rich in ore deposits. Forests provide wood and vegetation. Dark sculk patches contain sculk blocks. Nether fortresses offer Nether-specific materials. End Cities contain End stone and valuable loot. Group your mining objectives by location to minimize backtracking.

Efficient Gathering

Start with nearby biomes and work outward in expanding circles. Bring multiple tool types since you'll encounter varied block types. Use caves as natural highways between biome sections. Mark important locations with torches or blocks so you can find them again. When your inventory fills, return home via teleport command and sort your materials before the next trip.
