Markers and Area Selection
Defining the mining area is essential for most machines. The mod provides several marker types:

| MarkerPlus | Place three markers to define the corners of a 3D rectangular area. Right-click the origin marker to create the frame. |
| Flexible Marker | A single-block marker with a GUI. Right-click it to manually adjust the X, Y, and Z dimensions of the mining area. |
| Chunk Marker | Automatically aligns the mining area to chunk boundaries. Useful for the Chunk Destroyer. |
| Waterlogged Marker | Specialized markers that can be placed underwater without being destroyed or creating air pockets. |
Mechanics and Modules
Enchantment Effects
Machines benefit from standard tool enchantments in unique ways: - Efficiency: Increases the speed at which the machine breaks blocks. - Fortune: Increases the drop rate of ores (e.g., Diamonds, Coal). - Silk Touch: Causes the machine to drop the block itself rather than its contents. - Unbreaking: Reduces the energy cost per block mined.
Modules
Modules are items that can be inserted into the GUI of a QuarryPlus or Chunk Destroyer to add functionality: - Void Module: Automatically deletes specific items (like Cobblestone or Dirt) to prevent inventory overflow. - Exp Module: Collects experience points from ores that normally drop XP. - Pump Module: Enables liquid removal without needing a separate PumpPlus block. - Filler Module: Replaces mined-out areas with a specific block (usually Stone) to prevent large holes in the world. - Replacer Module: Replaces specific blocks in the world with another block from the machine's inventory.
Core Mining Machines
QuarryPlus
The flagship machine of the mod. It mines a designated area block-by-block down to bedrock (Y=1 or Y=-64 depending on the version). Once placed, it constructs a frame and uses a laser-like drill to collect resources. It requires a significant amount of energy to operate at peak speed.
Chunk Destroyer
The most powerful machine in the mod. Unlike the standard QuarryPlus, the Chunk Destroyer clears entire chunks in seconds. It features a dedicated GUI where players can specify the number of chunks to mine in each direction. It is highly efficient but requires massive amounts of energy (often over 1000 FE/t).
Solid Fuel Quarry
An early-game alternative to the standard QuarryPlus. It does not require external energy systems and instead runs on solid fuels like Coal or Charcoal. It is slower than its energy-powered counterparts but ideal for players who have not yet established a power grid.
MiningWell Plus
A vertical mining machine that digs a single 1x1 column directly beneath it. It is faster than a standard Mining Well and can be enchanted to improve its performance.
WorkbenchPlus
This is the primary crafting station for the mod. Most advanced machines and items cannot be crafted in a standard Crafting Table and must be made here. It uses energy to process recipes and can handle up to 27 input stacks.
EnchantMover & Book EnchantMover
These machines are used to transfer enchantments to your mining equipment. - EnchantMover: Place an enchanted Diamond Pickaxe and a machine (like a QuarryPlus) inside to move the enchantments from the tool to the block. - Book EnchantMover: Allows moving enchantments directly from Enchanted Books to machines.
PumpPlus & Advanced Pump
- PumpPlus: An add-on for the QuarryPlus that allows it to remove liquids within the mining area. It can be placed adjacent to the quarry or installed as a module.
- Advanced Pump: A standalone machine that removes liquids in a large area much faster than standard pumps. It can be configured to target specific liquids using a Liquid Selector.
Spawner Controller
When placed next to a Monster Spawner, this block allows players to modify the spawner's behavior or even change the mob type it produces, provided the player has the necessary items.
Utility Tools
The mod includes several handheld tools for managing machines:
- Status Checker: Right-click a machine to see its current progress, energy levels, and coordinates of the current operation.
- List Editor: Used to configure the whitelist or blacklist for the Void Module or the machine's internal filter.
- Liquid Selector: Used with pumps to specify which liquids should be removed or ignored.
- Quarry Y Setter: Allows players to set a specific Y-level at which the quarry should stop mining, preventing it from digging all the way to bedrock.
- Magic Mirror: A utility tool (primarily in older versions) for teleportation or remote machine management.
