Customize Clearance Levels and Badges

Open the Network Configuration Menu

Access any keycard reader linked to your security network and open its full interface. Look for the network settings or clearance management option.

Create Custom Clearance Tiers

Add new access levels beyond the defaults. You can create as many tiers as your facility needs—for example: "Visitor," "Staff," "Manager," "Director," and "Emergency Override."

Assign Names and Colors

Give each tier a descriptive name and choose a color to represent it. Colors help players visually identify their clearance level and make badges instantly recognizable.

Set Badge Icons

Customize the appearance of each clearance level with unique icons or symbols. These display on keycards and in reader interfaces, making your security system feel immersive and professional.

Apply Changes

Save your configuration. All readers in the network immediately update to reflect the new clearance structure. Existing keycards retain their assigned levels, but you can reissue them with updated badge designs if desired.

Test Across Readers

Verify that your customized tiers work consistently by testing keycards at different readers in your network.
