Set Up a Fair 1v1 Duel
Prepare the Arena
Before starting a duel, both players should agree on a location within the map. Choose an open area away from complex terrain or tight corridors to keep the fight fair. Avoid spots with too many hiding places or height advantages that one player can exploit.
Establish Ground Rules
Decide together whether players can use potions, enchanted gear, or specific weapons. Agree on whether you'll allow healing items or if it's a straight combat test. Some players prefer identical loadouts for maximum fairness.
Start the Fight
Stand at opposite ends of your chosen area and count down together (3, 2, 1, go). Both players should start with the same distance between them. Once the countdown ends, engage in combat using your weapons.
Determine the Winner
The duel ends when one player is knocked out or eliminated. You can track wins across multiple rounds to see who wins a best-of series. After each duel, return to your starting positions and reset for the next match.
Tips for Balance
If one player keeps winning, try swapping starting positions or equipment to see if location or gear is the deciding factor.
