Equip Spellbook Weapons

Obtain a spellbook or magical weapon from Iron's Spells and Spellbooks or Enigmatic Legacy. These items now have custom combat movesets through the data pack.

Enter Combat Mode and Cast

Switch to combat mode and equip your spellbook. Instead of a standard sword swing, you'll perform magical attack animations. Perform your normal attack sequence to trigger spell-themed combos and visual effects.

Understand Spellbook Combos

Spellbooks follow a combo chain—each successive hit in quick succession builds into the next move in the sequence. The animations are designed to feel like casting rather than melee combat, with appropriate visual flourishes.

Combine with Armor Sets

For the best experience, pair your spellbook with matching armor from Epic Knights: Japanese Armory or other supported gear mods. The data pack ensures animations flow smoothly regardless of your equipped armor, maintaining visual consistency across your loadout.
