How to Use Stonecutting for Bricks, Tiles, and Pavement

What the Stonecutter Handles

A large part of this mod's block set is produced through stonecutting. Black Bricks, Cyan Bricks, and their slab, stair, and wall variants are cut from their parent brick block. The same applies to Black Tiles, Cyan Tiles, Blue Tiles, Copper Tiles, and their slabs and stairs. Pavement blocks follow the same route: Blackstone Pavement Slab and Deepslate Pavement Slab are cut from their base pavement material.

Running the Cuts

Place the stonecutter and put the full block in the input slot. Pick the slab, stair, or wall shape you want from the output list. One input block yields multiple pieces, so cut slabs and stairs in bulk before you start building. For a brick wall, cut Black Bricks into Black Brick Slab, Black Brick Stairs, and Black Brick Wall, then repeat with Cyan Bricks for Cyan Brick Slab, Cyan Brick Stairs, and Cyan Brick Wall. For tiled floors, cut Black Tiles, Cyan Tiles, and Blue Tiles into their slab and stair forms. For paths, cut Blackstone Pavement Slab and Deepslate Pavement Slab. Keep one stack of each full block near the stonecutter so you can switch shapes without walking back to storage.
