How to Build Garden Paths and Ground Cover

Path Blocks

Cobblestone Path Slab, Cobblestone Path Stairs, Dirt Cobblestone, Dirt Cobblestone Slab, Dirt Cobblestone Stairs, Dirt Cobblestone Path Slab, Dirt Cobblestone Path Stairs, and Dirt Path Slab are the path and ground pieces. Use Dirt Path Slab for a low, flat trail across grass. Where the ground rises, switch to Cobblestone Path Stairs or Dirt Cobblestone Path Stairs so the path climbs without a full block step. Dirt Cobblestone and Dirt Cobblestone Slab fill the gaps between path sections and blend the trail into the surrounding terrain.

Leaves and Blossoms

Cherry Blossom, Cherry Blossom Leaves, Fallen Cherry Blossom, Fallen White Cherry Blossom, Fallen Ginkgo Leaves, Fallen Orange Maple Leaves, Fallen Peach Blossom, and Fallen Red Maple Leaves are the decorative ground and tree pieces. Scatter the Fallen blocks along the path edges to suggest dropped petals and leaves. Place Cherry Blossom and Cherry Blossom Leaves as the tree canopy above the trail. Crimson Nylium Slab works as a red ground accent in the same area. Combine the path slabs with the fallen leaves so the trail looks worn into the garden rather than laid on top of it.
