How to Build an Industrial Room with Factory Blocks

Core Factory Blocks

Factory Slab, Factory Stairs, and Factory Trapdoor form the base of an industrial build. Each has three states: the clean version, a Rusting version, and a fully Rusted version. Factory Slab Rusting, Factory Stairs Rusting, and Factory Trapdoor Rusting sit between the clean and rusted blocks, so you can show wear progressing across a wall or floor. Factory Vent Fan and Factory Vent Fan Big are the large circular vent pieces for walls and ceilings.

Assembling the Room

Start with Factory Slab for the floor and Factory Stairs for any raised platform or step. Line the walls with Factory Slab, then break up the surface with Factory Vent Fan and Factory Vent Fan Big. Use Factory Trapdoor for hatches, floor panels, and wall vents. To sell the decay, place clean Factory Slab next to Factory Slab Rusting and then Factory Slab Rusted in a gradient along one wall. Do the same with the stairs and trapdoors so every element ages together. Add Factory Lamp, Factory Lamp Slab, and Factory Lamp Stairs for lighting that matches the metalwork. Emergency Exit works as a wall sign or door marker to finish the industrial theme.
